I’m coach Joe. As a teen athlete, I got into protein shakes to bulk up my skinny frame. After college, I kept up with the latest nutrition trends. I ate tons of fruit, eliminated salt, and swapped in beans for meats. I thought I was eating healthy, but my body told me a different story:
